The Welltiss Mind is a PEMF (Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field) wearable and app released in 2020. How does the Welltiss Mind work?

Welltiss Mind acts as your sleep, concentration and meditation assistant and emits pulses from 2 Hz up to 20 Hz, depending on the program you select. It re-tunes your brain for better sleep, stress relief, improved concentration and maximum efficiency using a process known as brainwave entrainment.
The Welltiss Mind uses pulsed electromagnetic field therapy to stimulate the brain. The pulses elicit the brain’s ‘frequency following’ response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.
How to use the Welltis Mind
Welltiss Mind’s free mobile application for iOS and Android works in tandem with the PEMF hardware in its headset. Simply put on the headset, download the Welltiss Mind app, and pair it to your headset using Bluetooth. The device runs autonomously. You need the Welltiss Mind app for starting your desired program, but you can turn off Bluetooth or mobile phone after you start it.
